1) Fill out, sign, and send this working agreement to communications@angelarts.biz. Be sure to change the file name to include your name and/or business name.
A Working Agreement must be signed before works begin, as well as a 25% deposit. The next 25% is due upon completion of logo and before final logo files are delivered. Dana will send an invoice which you can conveniently pay through credit card or PayPal.
2) Fill out the Identity Quest form. You will receive those instructions after you pay this deposit for our service. Be sure to whitelist communications@angelarts.biz. Email us if you have any problems. Allow for 24 hours to receive the document although every effort will be made to send it soon after we receive payment.
3) Pay the $274.75 to start work. Click on the Add to Cart button. Remember that the next 25% will be due upon approval of your logo and before transmittal of your files.
4) Be available for video and/or phone meetings for approvals on a timely basis.
5) Approve your logo.
6) Dana will send an invoice for $274.75. Upon payment, we will send you your digital files.
7) Fill out our form for the Identity Collateral and have a phone or video meeting with Dana if needed.
8) We will design the Identity Collateral and then send you the comps. After you approve them after any needed revisions, Dana will invoice you for the next $274.75 installment.
9) The last installment of $274.75 plus the shipping and handling charges will be invoiced.
10) Dana will upload the digital files to the printing company and order the digital files.
11) In approximately 2 weeks, you will receive your Identity Collateral.
Be sure to follow these steps or the success of your logo will be at jeopardy. Your deposit and fees are non-refundable as we work hard until you are satisfied. You will not receive your files if the second payment is not made. You will not receive your identity collateral if final payment is not made. Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us. That's why we give you concepts until you are satisfied as long as they stay within the parameters of your original request. The final fee is also non-refundable but you won't want a refund because it will be like Christmas morning when you see the final logo and identity collateral.
