Welcome to my brand new devotional series! This series will be going on for the next 50 days.

I’m excited to share these Scriptures, thoughts, and prayers with you.

In these days of confusion, it’s all too easy to get down on ourselves, to lose sight of our identity in Christ, and to feel inferior and inadequate.

As I’m famous for saying around my house, though, “God does not make no junk!” So I pray that by reading this devotional and praying through these Scriptures, you will find a fresh hope and much joy as we go from winter to spring.

Day One

Ephesians 2:10

Devotional Thoughts

God does not make trash. To Him, you are priceless, He gave it all so you might be reconciled to Him. This was not done because of anything you had done, but it was by grace through faith.

You were created in Christ Jesus. You are His masterpiece.

That workmanship does not stop with you. First, because His saving ministry of reconciliation. He dwells in you and you are part of a bigger “building” or body. You are His clay to be a vessel useful and glorious so others would see the beauty and grace reflected in your soul in order for them to be reconciled to God.

Application

Fearlessly trust. He created you for a purpose. Build your life on the sure foundation of Christ.

Prayer

Lord, thank you for creating me and that I am your workmanship. Help me to be a reflection of your glory in the work that you have called me to do so that others might come to know you.

Call to Action

One of the reasons I’m starting this devotional is to intentionally pray for our business, AngelArts.

Would you pray along with us?

Long ago, I realized that I cannot achieve this huge vision on my own. I need people to come alongside me.

Because we have a big mission, and that is to help the marginalized become closer to Christ through inspirational arts and entrepreneurialism.

Over the next 50 days as I share my devotional, I will share a few stories about our mission and the stories of what we are doing.
